Large IT-company opens Test Manager position in test department.

Responsibilities:

-Develop, manage and implement application level test plans and approaches
-Implement and enforce test strategy
-Communicate, employ and enforce QA best practices and standards
-Able to resolve conflict successfully and effectively on both the client side and within the development team.
-Agree timescales and requirements with key stakeholders
-Design test cases to cover requirements within test strategy
-Reporting on status of project level test effort and key issues
-Maintain up to date QA test assets (automation tools, metrics, script libraries, etc.)
-Perform system tests at the first stage of the project and later lead a group of SQAs.


Requirements:

-Knowledge of industry QA standards and best practice.
-Experience of developing and executing test strategies, detailed test plans, test cases, test data and tangible quality measures
-Knowledge and practical experience of all test stages and types (unit, component, system, integration, functional, reliability, availability, volume, performance, business and operations acceptance
-Experience of producing clear, concise and meaningful test statistic reporting.


Additional skills:

-Experience working within an Agile Development model with short, frequent release cycles
-Experience with management of test teams (up to 3 people)
-Ability to provide clear Test Efforts estimates
